Since the beginning of his contracting career in 1987, his homes have reflected his respect for the environment and a passionate eye for details that both embraces tradition and breaks new ground. His collaborative, creative and responsible approach to home building sets him apart and has resulted in a reputation as a top-tier contractor. His love of global travel and sailing has lead to building opportunities in many parts of the U.S., providing the ability to create homes in the Rocky Mountains, on sand and on waterfront. One of his favorite palettes is CRESTED BUTTE, COLORADO, one of the most beautiful places on earth and his home-base for the past 45 years. Randy, along with his design partner and wife, Erin have been creating heirloom quality homes for over 30 years.

Erin Garcia has been a designer for 25 years. She has been a life-long student of art and architecture and thrives on creating structures and environments that embrace and inspire her clients. She is a designer who understands the building process, sub contractors and keeping the project on track and on time. Her passion for beauty has opened amazing opportunities to create homes for clients that include rustic to high contemporary. With high standards for detail, she immerses herself in each project by thoroughly listening to her clients and helping to bring their dreams to life.
